AI is a cost per token problem. If a token costs you X and the work it produces earns more, you win. The whole game is finding the loop where token revenue outpaces token spend. Feels a lot like CAC to LTV. ROAS now means Return on AI Spend.

Nebula built a miniapp podcast player where the podcast only has one listener: me. Every morning, different agents go read everything around me and record segments. My github, slack, inbox, sentry, posthog, etc. 10 minutes on the drive in and I'm caught up on everything that matters. This is what personal software actually looks like.

HTML is a superpower for agents, it's the largest source of code training data they have. Most implementations treat it one way. You type and the agent outputs HTML. We took it further. Nebula agents create miniapps with interactive elements that call back to them. A button click triggers a run with full context. Merge a PR, dismiss Sentry alerts or approve work. Miniapps are embedded in the Nebula experience, agents manage them completely. It's no longer about generating html, its about visualizing work so you can participate. That's the difference between output and interaction.
