AI agents need access to bank accounts and wallets with money in them. That's usually yours. We made it safe to give them access. Today we're releasing Payman Connect, which gives AI agents access to a person's bank account or wallet to send money, pay bills, and more, all under Payman's security. And we're opening it up to developers. We've spent two years working with banks to make it safe to deploy AI agents that touch money. Along the way we launched the first AI agents at banks that are actively moving money for consumers. The hard part was never the rails. It was answering governance, auditing, and liability for the institutions doing the moving. Now we're opening up the system that made that possible. Here's what Connect does. • You drop a connect button into your app • Your user logs into Payman, picks their bank or crypto wallet, and grants your agent access • Your agent never sees the account, never builds guardrails or audit trails, and never carries the liability • When money needs to move, your agent asks in plain language and the SDK does the rest This one is personal. I started Payman because an AI and money project I was building got killed by exactly this problem. We've been obsessed with making sure developers never hit that wall.
